Unusual Collection

Some people collect stamps, others butterflies and others all manner of objects. The attribute possessed by all collectors, however, is enthusiasm. Mrs Rosa Phelan collects gravy boats. And she is certainly enthusiastic! Over a period of 10 years, she has collected about 150 gravy boats of varying sizes and ages, each complete with its stand. The oldest set would be about 100 years old. They occupy, as our pic Above shows, a fair proportion of space in this room at her home at 32 Weka Street. The pic at Right shows sauce boats, smaller than the gravy boats, in a cabinet.
