Truck Leaves Road Near Wakefield

The driver of a log truck, Mr Gordon Fraei, escaped injury when his fully-laden articulated logging truck left the road on the approach to a bridge just south of Wakefield recently. The accident occurred when the coupling on the vehicle broke. The brakes locked and the trailer section slewed across the road and down the bank. Our Top pic shows the truck with half its load down the bank.
