Our Cover

Did you get to visit Isel Park early in October? If you didn't, and you're a lover of beauty, then you missed the treat of your life. The park has never looked more beautiful. Top marks to the reserves department, and, in particular, to park caretaker, Charles Wisdom, and his assistant, Errol Mears, for some obviously painstaking work. In case you didn't get to see through the park, we reproduce on our front cover a corner of the azalea beds alongside the magnificent wistaria hedge. Mixed in with the azaleas, too, are the colourful Australian waratah (telopea).

Our back cover features the view from Marybank across Atawhai towards Nelson city a tremendous view.
