New Citizens

Eight Nelson residents from Italy, Greece, Denmark, Chile and Holland became New Zealanders late last month when they were the principals at a citizenship ceremony conducted in the Nelson City Council chambers. The Mayor (Mr Trevor Home) administered the oath of allegiance to the eight.
