The attendants from left were; Phillipa Duncan, Wanganui, cousin of the groom (junior maid), Horton Stewart, Ngatea, brother of the groom (best man), Mrs Ann Gordon, Hunterville, sister of the bride (matron of honour), Shirley O'Neill, Wanganui, sister of the bride, Rodney O'Neill, Wanganui, brother of the bride, and Susuanne O'Neill, Wanganui, sister of the bride (junior maid). The future home of the couple will be Napier.
