Catholic Procession

These impressive photographs were taken at the annual procession of the Blessed Sacrament in the convent school grounds on the last Sunday in October, held in honour of the feast of the Kingdom of Christ.

Beautiful weather prevailed for the occasion, in which hundreds of Catholics took part, reciting the rosary and singing hymns as they moved to a temporary altar outside one of the primary school buildings, where the benediction was given by the Rev. father J. Redmond, of Patutahi.
