Maori Cultural winners

The very high standards achieved by Gisborne district Maoris in traditional Maori culture was amply demonstrated when local teams were judged the winners in all three sections of the cultural division of events at the coronation hui held recently at Ngaruawahia, when the competitors included tribes from all over the North Island.
