Ning--Luen. At The Central Baptist Church, Joyce, daughter of Mr and Mrs Norman Yew Luen, 3 Dickson Street, Gisborne, to Michael, son of Mr and Mrs Y. T. Ning, Ning Yeung Tce., Hong Kong. The sweet little maids were Yvonne Luen, Auckland, Lygia Ng, Wellington, and Therese Ng, Wellington, all cousins of the bride. The pageboys were Michael Wong, Opotiki, Bruce Wong, Opotiki and Steven Moon, Gisborne, a cousin of the bride. The future home of the happy young couple will be Gisborne.

Cowan--Prince. At St. Mary's Church, Lois Jean, only daughter of Mr and Mrs W. E. Prince, Clifford Street, Gisborne, to Paul, elder son of Mr and Mrs J. Cowan, Palmerston North. The senior attendants from left were Mrs Leanne Creswell (matron of honour), Tony Finnigan, Palmerston North (best man), Mrs Gay Pierce, John Leahy, Miss Sue Cowan, Palmerston North, sister of the groom, and Ross Garner, Tauranga. The two little flowergirls were Jannette Morrison, Gisborne, and Susanne Powell, Pahiatua, cousins of the bride. The future home of the young couple will be Palmerston North.
