Girl on scooter is Kay McIntyre, from Wairoa, whom Hori met during his stay in Auckland Hospital. Kay, an occupational therapist, is now at the new Avondale O. T. School.

Another young lady who is going places is Kay Amaru, daughter of Mr and Mrs Wi Pere Amaru, Tolaga Bay. Kay is on her way to Hawaii to study at the Church College of Hawaii. She is an L. D. S. College graduate, 1959. She has been to Hawaii before, having called there with her mother, sister and two brothers on her return from the U.S.A. in 1953. While in the U.S., she studied at the Sherman Junior High, Salt Lake City.
