Training Course For Scouts
A Sandford Training Course for Scout Patrol Leaders and Boy Scouts was held recently in Gisborne when 30 pupils from the East Coast district, Tokomaru Bay to Wairoa, spent a weekend receiving instruction from Field Commissioner Albert Pitts (Auckland), assisted by District Scoutmaster Phil May and District Quarter-Master Jack Preddey.
