The successful soccer team from Gisborne which brought the E. F. A. Trophy home from Auckland. This trophy is to soccer what the Ranfurly Shield is to Rugby, and the local boys, who rather upset the wiseacres with their sensational win, deserved the heap of congratulations they received.
