Lamb Competitions

A large number of farmers assembled at the freezing Works one afternoon last month to see the awards made in the annual Meat Board competition for fat lambs, conducted by the P. B. Agricultural and Pastoral Association in conjunction with the management of the Gisborne Refrigerating Company's work at Kaiti.

From the competition, a representation of Gisborne-East Coast lambs will go forward to London for judging in the final stage of the competition.
