Owing to the drop in supplies, the Tolaga Bay dairy factory was forced to cease operations. Picture shows some members of the staff on the morning of the first delivery of cream to the Kai Ora Dairy Factory in Gisborne. They include T. Noanoa and W. Noanoa, E. Scragg, J. Paea, and B. Smith.
