"Sailor Beware"
The cast of "Sailor Beware", an entertaining comedy presented in the Opera House for three nights last month by the Gisborne Little Theatre. Left to right they are: Dorothy Owen (Mrs Florrie Lack), Val Aston (the Rev Oliver Purefoy), Virginia Wilks (Shirley Hornett), Margaret Crawforth (Emma Hornett), Harold Dover (Henry Hornett). Doreen Harrison (Edie Hornett), Joyce Ball (Daphne Pink), Bill Hayes (Carnoustie Bligh), and Bill Wilkie (Albert Tufnell), The play was produced by Jack Roderick.
