In display of modern art by Australian artists at Gisborne gallery some pictures were beyond comprehension of many viewers, but this one had a very clear story to tell.

Wharerata farmers are happier now. For some time they have been losing lambs to this wild boar with a yellow stripe down his back. Farmers offered a £5 reward for his head. Here the marauder is pictured with his conqueror, "Ding" Lloyd, who shot the boar as it was feeding on a dead sheep.
