New machinery at. Okitu Dairy Factory wraps butter faster (left) and standardises butterfat content in school milk (right). The wrapper can mould, weigh, and wrap 45 pounds of batter per minute. The Westfalia stainless-steel separator, installed at a cost of £1600, can trim the fat content of milk to a pre-determined percentage at the rate of 1000gal. an hour.
