Sporting its distinctive coat of "new fire engine red" the Gisborne Fire Brigade's new fire engine makes its appearance in colour on our cover this month. The new appliance has been greeted with acclaim by the local firefighters, the machine having exceptional road handling capabilities and a more than satisfactory pump out-put capacity. Standing by the International 238 horsepower V8 engine with power steering and automatic transmission is Fireman Graham Barrington.
