100th Anniversary

The Loyal Gisborne Lodge of Manchester Unity I.O.O.F. celebrated its 100th anniversary over Labour Weekend. The centennial meeting, Church parade, concert and junior lodge meeting were all highlighted by the centennial banquet and cabaret held in the Archery Club Hall. Visitors came from all parts of the country for the celebrations

After attending the Round Table New Zealand national convention recently, the international public relations officer for this world-wide organisation paid a quick visit to Gisborne.
