Certificates Presented

Proficiency certificates were presented to Venturers and Ranger Guides by the Chief Warden for Gisborne Civil Defence, Mr G. D. Jackson, recently. The presentations took place at a special meeting at which a new film on Civil Defence was screened. The certificates were gained after members passed the test with flying colours in the recent exercise held at Edmund Campion College.
