Members of Session spent some weeks, before the conference, raising funds to run it. Some of the speakers were from out of town, including Barry Mitcalfe, who spoke on the threat of hydrogen bombs, and their fares had to be paid for. Car washing was a very successful project and shown hard at work here are, from left, Dawn Boyce, Sharyn Greatbatch, Lynnette Knox and Geoff Mercer (organiser).
