This 9-month-old Afghan Hound owned by Neil and Marion Robinson, Aberdeen Road, is already doing very well for himself in shows. At the recent Dominion Afghan Club championships, held in Auckland, young "Shazkhan Khazan" took Best Minor Puppy in Show, Reserve Puppy, and Reserve Best Puppy. (The minor class is 6 to 9 months, the puppy class is 6 to 12 months, while the best puppy class is up to 12 months).
The renovations to Dunstan & Kinge's photographic shop have brought forth a rather dramatic change. The new monochromatic background (black and white to you) enhances the display of cameras and colourful cartons of film and chemicals.
