This last of our aerial shows just how much the Wai-mata River winds through the city. Grant Road runs along the small peninsular at left, while Harris Street bisects the next peninsular block. Part of Whataupo-ko can be seen on the next strip while the city's business and commercial area occupies the area next to the sea. At top left is the harbour and freezing works.
