Fast-But Not Too Furious

Speed was the order of the night as Gisborne clashed with Maitland (Australia) at indoor basketball in the Y.M.C.A. Stadium, on June 21. The locals held their own very well in a game which saw Maitland-the winners at 83 points to 45, drawing away to a clear advantage from 32-21 at half-time. Maitland players are in white.
