A city blooms

Through the combined efforts of the Floral Festival Inc. and the Gisborne-East Coast Retailers' Association, the city bloomed during the three days prior to the A. & P. Show. Magnificent and colourful arrangements were featured in most stores, with many of the displays incorporating some sort of theme.
