Rifle Reunion

×

This is Buza, held here by trainer Jim Turnbull of Makaraka. The seven- year-old Bourbon Prince-Beet gelding is to have a tilt at the two mile New Zealand Cup at Riccarton on Saturday, November 6, and we wish horse, trainer, and the owners, Messrs Don Birchall, Paul Hickey, Brian Honey and Tony Ross, the best of luck. A bargain buy at $400, Buza has had two thirds, a win and a second in his last four starts, so it won't be on the score of condition or courage if he doesn't win.
