City Beats Christchurch in Mud, Glorious Mud

And was there plenty of mud about when City defeated Christchurch in a major upset in the National League soccer.

Conditions were soggy and wet, although the day was fine, after days of heavy rain. Jim McLaren's goal gave City their one-nil victory over the somewhat tempestuous Christchurch team.
