Recent guests of Dick and Gwenifer Adamson, Stout Street, were Dick's sister, Vera Swift, her husband Alfie, and their daughter Collette. The Swifts were on a three-month holiday from their home in Essex, England. The Swifts (who are retired farmers) and the Adamsons called on the Mayor, and from left are Mayor Harry Barker, Mr Adamson, his sister, Mrs Swift (seated), Mrs Adamson, Mr Swift, and Collette.
