Christmas
Residents of Te Wiremu House celebrate Christmas with the traditional Christmas lunch and the pulling of crackers.
The Matron, Miss F. M. Dutton, pours drinks for Mrs R. Toy, Mrs S. Williamson, Mrs H. Wightman and Mr Bill Williamson.
Mrs A. Lane, Mrs M. S. Martin (secretary) and Mrs N. Norberg all agreed the food was perfect.
Members of the staff who made it such a success are Mesdames Jess Zame, Jean White, Ethel Grummitt, Phillis Compton, Miss Frances Dutton, Mrs Laura Swarbrick and Mrs Jessie Benge.
