Marching
Eight teams have now joined the newly formed Gisborne Marching Association. More girls, coaches and sponsors are required to make several of these teams complete. The pictures on this page were taken at a morning practice at the Childers Road Reserve.

Six people who have revived marching in Gisborne are Margaret Post, Karen How Chow, Harry Compton, Mrs Riane Baker, Mrs Marilyn Baty and Sheryl Irving.
One of the incomplete teams which lacks a sponsor.
Janice Black, Dale Binnie, Linda Brett, Cindy Tohill, Arapera Baker, Isla Whelan and Robyn Humble are pictured with their coach, Mr Ivan Whelan. Four more girls and a sponsor are needed to make this team complete. (Anyone interested is invited to ring Mr Harry Compton at 6468).
