That's the only expression to describe the Waikanae Surf Club pavilion when hordes of people went to see Selwyn Toogood conduct his "On Tour With Toogood" radio quiz show. Some fabulous prizes were won and there were plenty of laughs provided for the crowd by the maestro.

Schoolmates in Wellington forty years ago, Mrs Rita Nolan presented Selwyn with a rose for a buttonhole. The rose was named, appropriately enough, "Beauty".
