Keith Cooper, 19 Dalrymple Road, has a potential champion in his pure-bred boxer dog, "Grand Slam of Vago". Only 5½ months old, the pup swept all before him in the Tauranga Kennel Association show recently.

Just completing 40 years' continuous service with the Power Board is Mr A. N. Beattie, the board's faults officer. Mr Beattie joined the board in 1927 as an apprentice, was appointed faultman in 1935 from whence he has risen to his present position.
