Playcentre Open Day

The Kaiti Playcentre held an open day recently to enable parents to see the activities and facilities available for children at the centre. A good attendance turned up and the playcentre committee responsible for the day are, above, from left, at back, Mesdames Kahu Carter, roster mother, Nina Williamson, equipment officer, Betty Pritchard, education officer, Gertrude Ivess, librarian, Lillian Boyce, secretary, and, in front, Shirley Whitley, publicity, Noeline Peachey, president, Hawea Carter, supervisor, Trudy Hayes, treasurer, and Joan Kerr, vice-president.


Taking interest in the camera are Michelle Wilson, Roslyn Pritchard, Stuart Williamson, Jean Hayes, Michael Carter and Donald Kerr.
