Reconstructed Track for Slot Car Club

Enthusiastic members of the Gisborne Slot Car Club have been busy over recent weeks reconstructing their main track at the club rooms in Bright Street. The new track gives more ease in operation but at the same time gives more challenges to the drivers. Shown on the first night the track was in use after the reconstruction are club members (from left), Susan Cowley, John Shirnack, Bruce Willson, Clive Frame, Gerald Monk, Mitchell McKenzie, Robert Taylor, Michael Aldwell, Wayne Ruscoe, Grant Morrow, Martin Lowe, Nanette Cowley, Neil Greenwood, Alvin Ferguson, Alex Stirton, Ian Harris, Gil Knox, Glen McLeod and Bill McMurray.
