Kindergarten Activities

The Gisborne Free Kindergarten took great interest in the recent anti-poisons campaign when the children were impressed with the solemnity of having nothing to do with bottles of liquid, pills and tablets.

"Poison" labels (above) were distributed by director Mrs C. Churton (top), to be taken home for parents to use on containers of potential poisons.

Constable M. F. Norrie recently gave an address on her experiences in the Police Force to the Kindergarten Parents' Club, who turned up in numbers to hear her speak.

With Constable Norrie (right), are Mrs E. Boyack (Kindergarten Association president), Mrs P. Ritchie (convenor of parents' club), and Mrs D. Notting (club secretary).
