"Roving Hori" Returns

Hori Karaka Tamihana (left) of "Roving Hori" fame in "Photo News" several years back, has returned to his native town of Hauiti, Tolaga Bay, after three years with the N.Z. Electricity Department at Manor Park, Lower Hutt. With the home-coming of Hori we re-commence his monthly page of pictures and news-items from the East Coast.

Hori in his younger days was a keen competitive cyclist.

Rugby players for the Hauiti Club in 1921, Hori and the late Mr S. D. Reeves, for whose family Hori was employed for 16 years, recall memories of early East Coast rugby.
