Children's Horse Sports

Large numbers of entries assured success for the children's horse sports held at the showgrounds recently.

In the Open Pony International the jumping was of a high standard and the competitors set the judges a hard task.

The first four place-getters are featured below with their horses in action, while at right is Ann Hewetson who was first in the bending race for those eleven years and under.
