Patutahi Playcentre

Like many other children's organisations in the district, the Patutahi Playcentre treated its young clients to a Christmas party. Short work was made by the children of the obviously enjoyable task of disposing of the large spread of goodies laid before them.

The Playcentre, which has operated twice weekly at the Patutahi Domain for four years, has a roll of 26 pre-school children. The youngsters' supervisor, Miss Juanne Mossman, has active assistance from a lively committee of mothers, headed by Mrs Betty Hair, with Mrs Judy Franks as secretary.
