Bandsman Welcomed Home

Gisborne's member of the New Zealand National Band, which recently completed a 96-concert tour of the United States and Canada, Mr Colin Nunns, was welcomed home by fellow members of the Gisborne Civic Band on his return last month.

Accompanied by his wife, Mr Nunns, who plays the flugel horn, travelled 38,000 miles while in the North American continent.

On arrival at Darton Field, Mr and Mrs Nunns were greeted by their three children and members of their families.
