Charm School Graduates Parade

As a finale to a charm school, which was held for eight weeks recently, a fashion parade was staged at Ulverstone in which the school's graduates acted as models.

The charm school was run by Mr and Mrs C. R. Baker and Mrs W. Hankey, and was attended by 24 girls who received tuition and lectures in poise, speech, personal hygiene, make-up, and table manners.

The fashion parade featured a wide variety of summer wear, and was watched by relatives and friends of the graduates.
