Comings And Goings

Mr S. France, who has succeeded Mr B. T. O'Malley as officer in charge of the Gisborne Inland Revenue Department. Mr France was formerly a senior accessor in Christchurch.

Mr and Mrs Murray Whittaker have moved to Gisborne from Whakatane to take over the Regal Dairy, 359 Ormond Road. They are pictured with their children (from left) Lane, Gaye, and Jan.

Dallas Atkins, son of Mr and Mrs D. W. Atkins, 11 Rimu Street, who has left on a two-year working holiday in Great Britain and the Continent.

Mr and Mrs H. T. N. Allison, and their son John, formerly of 339 Palmerston Road, have moved to Rotorua where Mr Allison has taken the position of District Surveyor. Formerly Chief Surveyor in Gisborne, Mr Allison was a member of the Search and Rescue Organisation, Officers Institute, and Angling Club. The family has lived in Gisborne for 3½ years, coming from Southland.
