Sporting Successes
The Gisborne Y.M.C.A. team which flew to Auckland recently for the National Older Girls' Tournament gained third place. The Eastern Union Football team which won the Poverty Bay first division soccer championship for the 13th successive year after going through the competition this season without suffering a defeat.
