Greater Gisborne Meeting

The annual general meeting of Greater Gisborne Incorporated was held in the Public Relations Office hall recently.

At the meeting, the organisation decided to abandon its contributions to the Poverty Bay Stampede at Christmas time, having suffered financial losses from last year's effort.

Mr Maurice McIntyre, was installed as president of Greater Gisborne, and committee members were elected.

The hall featured displays of work and achievements attained by the office during the last year.
