P.B. Hunters Trials

The Poverty Bay Hunters' trials were held at Mr D. P. Cameron's property, Bushmere, on a recent Saturday.

Keen competition in all the classes resulted in the meeting being a grand success.

Besides competing in the hunters' trials, the younger riders contested the title of "best turned out hoy or girl", which was won by Noel Hobbs, on Frivolity, and Fern Fraser, on Dolomite.

Hugh Morice, riding Mrs A. M. Fraser's Rambler, claimed first place in the hunters' trial for men.
