Crippled Children's Xmas Party

Crippled children, many of them in their hospital beds, had an enjoyable afternoon at Pately House when the Gisborne Crippled Children's Society gave them a Christmas party.

During the afternoon, leading orthopaedics surgeon Mr William Parke, who is leaving the district, was presented with a farewell gift by Maurice Priestley on behalf of the society.
