Table Tennis

A most successful season was concluded by the Poverty Bay Table Tennis Association with its annual championships in the Y.M.C.A. hall recently.

Miss Purcell (women's doubles r-u), Miss Jean Angus (mixed doubles winner,) Mrs Lowe (mixed doubles r-u), T. Wotley (men's B grade singles and doubles winner), B. Pegler (men's B grade doubles winner), and A. Emery (men's B grade singles r-u). In the senior grade A. Brown, besides winning the singles championship, was co-winner of the men's doubles, and runner-up in the mixed doubles.
