On the corner at left is Graham and Co.'s store (now Pettie's), and beyond the horse and cart if the Argyle Hotel (now the Coronation). The Masonic Hotel is the building with the verandah, and further up the street is Townley's Corner (now Humphreys). The high building on the right is the courthouse.
