"Kiss The Boys Goodbye"

Over 100 18-year-old Territorial Force trainees left Gisborne in April to embark on their 10-week training course at Linton Military Camp. The train left at 7 a.m., but in spite of the hour there was a good crowd of friends and relatives to see the young soldiers-to-be on their way.
