Rodeo at Motueka

The mounts used at the Golden Bay-Motueka rodeo had the better of the encounters with the riders when the event was held for the first time at Marchwood Park, Motueka. A big crowd turned out to see the trials of strength and skill and the parade of children in fancy dress. There was also calf and sheep riding for the children.
