Boner Beef

A display of the preparation of "boner-beef" for the American market was staged at the Kaiti freezing works on the occasion of the recent fat lamb competition.

As the manager, Mr F. Tolerton, pointed out, a high standard of inspection and cleanliness had to be maintained for this valued trade. The slightest lessening of care could result in a shipment being rejected.
